Emergency Service

Emergency service at Butaro Hospital provides emergency care at district hospital level including ambulances, triage of patients, medical consultation, minor surgery and so forth.  It deals with receiving urgent cases from the hospital’s catchment area, as well as other patients outside the area. Patients are treated within and get the right assessment and follow up before being dispatched to other services for further treatment.
